Cambridge - Local Plan

In their 2018 Cambridge Local Plan the Local Planning Authority specified the use of digital visualisation particularly on tall buildings.

'The use of 3D digital modelling and visualisation by applicants for tall buildings is strongly encouraged at pre-application discussions with applicants. As part of the planning process, developers may produce 3D computer models of their scheme to illustrate the scale and massing of proposed development.' See page 343, section F.49
