These terms and conditions (“terms and conditions”) set out the basis on which you can participate in the VU.CITY (“competition”). By entering the competition, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you should not enter the competition and you will not be eligible to win the prize. 

The promoter is: VU.CITY (company no. 09903428) whose registered office is at The Whitehouse, Belvedere Rd, South Bank, London SE1 8GA.

1. Eligibility:

• The competition is open to anyone over the age of 18.
• Employees of VU.CITY are not eligible to participate.
• There is no entry fee or purchase necessary to enter the competition.
• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. How to Enter:

• To be eligible for entry, participants must complete the survey and submit their email address at the end.
  
• Any inappropriate or offensive entries will be disqualified.

3. Competition Period:

• Participants must respond to the entry confirmation email by Sunday, the 17th November, 2024, to qualify for the draw.
• After the closing date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
• All entries must be submitted within this time frame to be considered.

4. Winner Selection:

• Winners will be selected by random after the survey closing date.
• The winner will be notified via email.
• VU.CITY will judge the competition and decide on the winner, which will be picked at random.
• The decision of VU.CITY in selecting the winners is final.

5. Prizes:

• The prize is a £50 Amazon voucher.
• The winners of the prize will be notified in an email within 48 hours of the survey closure date.
• The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
• VU.CITY reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
• If a winner does not respond within the stipulated time, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selecte

7. Rights to Content:

• By entering the competition, participants grant VU.CITY the right to use, share, the data submitted for promotional purposes.

8. Privacy:

• Personal information collected during the competition will be used in accordance with VU.CITY’s privacy policy https://www.vu.city/legal/privacy.

9. Disqualification:

• VU.CITY reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions, provides false information, or engages in any fraudulent activities.

10. Changes and Termination:

• VU.CITY reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time for any reason without prior notice.
• The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

11. Legal Jurisdiction:

• The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
• Any disputes arising from or related to the competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
