The London Stadium, originally called Olympic Stadium, is part of Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford. Construction began in 2008 for the 2012 Olympic Games and Paralympics, with the stadium being used to host the track and field events as well as the opening and closing ceremonies.
We began the modelling process by combining our LOD3 Photogrammetric model of the London Stadium and its surrounding area with very high-resolution photos. The model has had materials added to the facades in order to make it more realistic, and the renders you see here were created using Cinema 4D.
