Staying one step ahead

Being able to start with analysis at city scale in 3D using VU.CITY and quickly see a number of different iterations of a design has been invaluable and time-saving. They used VU.CITY for a project in the London Borough of Camden, to analyse the site in the early stages and then progress to understand how the proposed massing might affect protected views.

VU.CITY enables Bennetts Associates to immediately understand not only the buildings that are present, but also the buildings that are going to be present: the consent, constraints, sunlight, daylight, the view angles …. and their presentations now always include an immersive 3D element to help clients understand their designs.
