Innovation ranking celebrates UK businesses of all sizes creating technology to transform property sector
VU.CITY is pleased to reveal that we feature in the PropTech 50 innovation ranking for 2026!
Readers of online technology publication BusinessCloud and an expert judging panel together decided the 50 most innovative startups, scaleups and established technology firms in property. VU.CITY was selected from a shortlist of 130 UK companies.
VU.CITY made the ranking with its spatial intelligence platform, built on 4D city models. The platform brings existing buildings, consented and proposed schemes, and change over time into one trusted, shared view of a place.
Local authorities, planning consultants, architects, developers and asset managers use VU.CITY to test proposals in context, understand how an area is changing, and give everyone involved in a decision the same accurate picture.
