Taylor Wimpey completed the purchase of the former Wisley Airfield site in March 2020. The project's team have been working closely with the local residents and stakeholders to shape plans for this new community.
Recognising the quality and ease of using VU.CITY Site Licence, Taylor Wimpey have worked with VU.CITY to build the entire masterplan of the proposed new development.
Made up of a country park, village greens, new shops, woodland walks, ponds and lakes, a school, and retail centre, it represents a significant transformation of the area.
The Site Licence has already been used to create flythroughs for use in public consultation. It will further serve to help with detailed planning, design and marketing.
